Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the 09be website, mobile interface, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by 09be and is intended for use by adult residents of Bangladesh who meet the eligibility requirements set out in these Terms. By registering an account, depositing funds, placing bets, or otherwise using any part of the 09be Platform, you enter into a legally binding agreement with 09be on the basis of these Terms.

These Terms should be read alongside the 09be Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 09be. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the 09be Platform. 09be reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time; the current version will always be available on this page, and continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

1. Eligibility

The 09be Platform is available only to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria. 09be reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to close accounts found to be ineligible without prior notice. Winnings and balances associated with ineligible accounts may be forfeited.

2. Account Registration and Verification

To access the full functionality of the 09be Platform, you must register a player account. Registration requires providing a valid Bangladeshi mobile number (Grameenphone, Robi, Banglalink, Teletalk, or Airtel), a password, and confirmation that you are aged 21 or above. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all information provided at registration and at any subsequent point where you update your account details.

09be operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit identity verification documents — including a copy of your National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification — before withdrawals are processed or at any other stage at 09be's discretion. Failure to complete KYC verification when requested may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.

• You must provide your real full name, date of birth, and registered Bangladeshi mobile number — false information constitutes grounds for immediate account closure.
• You may only register one account per person, per household, and per device. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are subject to immediate closure and forfeiture of balances.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 09be account credentials, including your password and any OTPs sent to your registered mobile number.
• If you suspect your 09be account has been accessed without authorisation, you must contact 09be support immediately. 09be is not liable for losses arising from your failure to secure your account credentials.
• 09be reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time, including during an active session, prior to a withdrawal, or following a period of account inactivity.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 09be Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 09be does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. The following rules apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity on the Platform.

Funds deposited into a 09be account that are not used for wagering within 180 days of the last account activity may be subject to an account dormancy review. 09be will contact you using your registered mobile number before any dormancy action is taken on your account. Players are encouraged to maintain regular activity on their 09be account or to withdraw unused funds if they no longer wish to use the Platform.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

09be offers bonuses and promotions to eligible registered players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements that must be satisfied before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. Where these Terms conflict with specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms take precedence in relation to the bonus only.

The following general principles apply to all bonuses and promotions at 09be unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to eligible accounts automatically upon qualifying action (such as a first deposit) or manually by 09be support following verification. The method of crediting will be specified in the promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements specify the total BDT amount that must be wagered using bonus funds before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier (e.g., 20x means the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times).
• Bonuses not used within the validity period specified in the promotion terms will expire automatically and be removed from the account without compensation.
• 09be reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to any commitments already made to players who have met the qualifying conditions.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using technical exploits to inflate bonus value, or systematically withdrawing bonus funds without genuine wagering intent — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

5. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the 09be Platform are subject to the specific game or sports betting rules applicable to that market, as displayed within the Platform at the time of the bet. In the event of any discrepancy between these Terms and the specific game rules, the specific game rules govern in relation to that game or market only.

The following general betting rules apply across all categories available on the 09be Platform:

• Bets are final once confirmed. A bet cannot be cancelled or amended after the player has confirmed the wager, except where the Platform's specific rules for that market include a cash-out or edit bet feature.
• Bets placed after an event has concluded — whether due to a technical error, data feed delay, or any other reason — will be void and the stake returned to the player's account, regardless of the outcome displayed.
• 09be reserves the right to void bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds caused by a technical error. Where such bets have already been settled, 09be will reverse the settlement and return the original stake. Players will be notified when this occurs.
• Maximum bet limits apply across all markets and games on the 09be Platform. Specific limits are displayed within each game or market. 09be reserves the right to apply individual bet limits to specific accounts at its discretion.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 09be Platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and winnings, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human means to place bets, navigate the Platform, or exploit game mechanics — regardless of whether the software is commercially available or custom-built.
• Colluding with other players, employees, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage — including but not limited to chip dumping in poker-format games, coordinated accumulator betting, or sharing of real-time information during live events.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or any proceeds of crime. 09be cooperates fully with law enforcement and financial intelligence authorities and will report suspicious transactions without prior notice to the account holder.
• Registering more than one account — whether using different contact details, different devices, or different payment methods — for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Exploiting software errors, display bugs, or underpaid jackpots. Any winnings derived from a demonstrable software error are not payable and will be removed from the account. Players who identify a suspected error should report it to 09be support immediately rather than attempting to exploit it.
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's account, reverse-engineering any part of the Platform, or attempting to intercept communications between the Platform and its servers.

7. Responsible Gaming

09be is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The Platform offers a range of tools to help players maintain control over their gaming activity. These tools are available to all registered players directly from account settings and can be activated without contacting customer support.

Gaming should be an enjoyable leisure activity. If you feel that your gambling is no longer enjoyable, is causing financial stress, or is affecting your relationships or daily life, you should make use of the responsible gaming tools available on 09be and consider contacting a support organisation. 09be staff will never pressurise players to continue playing or to increase their deposit levels.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 09be Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, database structure, text, graphics, logos, icons, game interfaces, page layouts, and audiovisual content — is the proprietary intellectual property of 09be or its licensors. All rights are reserved. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only. This licence does not extend to reproducing, distributing, publicly displaying, creating derivative works from, or commercially exploiting any part of the Platform or its content.

The 09be brand name, logo, and associated marks are the trademarks of 09be. Unauthorised use of the 09be brand or any confusingly similar marks in connection with competing services, promotional materials, or online content is prohibited. Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas submitted to 09be by users may be used by 09be without restriction and without compensation to the submitting user.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 09be shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or damage to reputation, even if 09be has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

09be does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 09be makes no representation regarding the suitability of the Platform for any particular purpose. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practicable; emergency maintenance may occur without prior notice.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

09be reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where 09be reasonably believes that one or more of the following circumstances applies:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms, the Responsible Gaming Policy, or any other applicable 09be policy.
• The account has been used for fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any activity that 09be or relevant authorities have reason to believe is connected to criminal conduct.
• The account holder has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during any subsequent KYC verification process.
• 09be is required to do so by a competent regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, court order, or any other legal obligation binding on 09be.

Where an account is closed by 09be for reasons other than a breach of these Terms by the player, any verified balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via the payment method on file, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC verification. Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, balances may be forfeited at 09be's discretion following investigation.

11. Privacy and Data

09be collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of the agreement between you and 09be and is available at /privacy-policy. By using the 09be Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 09be applies 256-bit SSL encryption to all data transmitted between your device and the Platform. Player data is stored securely and is not sold, rented, or shared with third-party marketing organisations.

12. Amendments to These Terms

09be reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The effective date of the current version is displayed at the top of this page. Where amendments are material, 09be will take reasonable steps to notify registered players via their registered contact details. However, it is your responsibility to check this page periodically to ensure you are aware of the current Terms.

Your continued use of the 09be Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you should immediately cease using the Platform and, if you have a balance on your account, contact 09be support to arrange withdrawal of your funds before account closure.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operations of 09be. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 09be Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant competent courts.
